On Sunday I was sexually assaulted. I am still in a lot of pain and I was shaken up. I’ve missed 3 days of working money is running low and I’m supposed to take all these pills like over 30. Guys I’m scared. I’m alone I have no family. I’m hurting inside and out.

Oh, how absolutely awful. I am so sorry. Please talk to someone you can trust in person. Seek out a crisis intervention service in your area. Unless the trouble was church-related, you may be relieved by Catholic or Lutheran social services. They are usually at no cost to the recipient in such situations. There will be many of us praying for you, to be sure.

I won’t be able to see a counselor for 3 weeks. I tried to find independent ones but they want $150 a session. I don’t make that kind of money.

I live in Los Angeles. They told me I wouldn’t even see the results of my rape kit for 2-3 months that their back log is very long
