CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Not having a magic carpet so we can do cool stuff like Aladin and Jasmin. At first I completely thought this would be an huge deal breaker because let's face it, flying is off the heezy. Then I did a complete 180 degree switch because we all know that having a magic carpet ultimately leads to incredibly sappy love song which are, of course, the ultimate deal breaker.
I'm sure you guys are nodding your heads in agreement that this is iron clad logic.

- Stuffy/faked personalities
- I hate saying Non-believers are a turn-off because that's not true and there are plenty of believers who are turn-offs, as well. Basically, someone who cannot relate to my faith and relationship with Jesus.
- Terrible groomers/bad hygiene.
- Smokers who are disrespectful. I understand the occasional cigar, but not around me. There are lounges for that.
- Muscleheads. I understand wanting to workout and stay in shape, but there is more to life than how many hours you can spend at the gym. Besides, there are... nevermind. I can't say it without it getting misconstrued.
- Hating music/dancing. I love both of those things and although my significant others don't have to be talented at either of those things, if they aren't open to at least enjoying some of those with me at times, it's not going to work. If I can get suddenly tuned-into futbol and shout at the screen like a ding-dong, I think guys can make the effort to enjoy some things that are important to me, too.
- Those who: hate children/don't want children/won't accept and love my child.
- Racism/hatred of any kind. I know that most of us can't help but have our own set of "blinders" on in that it's difficult to remove us from our own context (so sometimes, we might get pre-conceived notions of people), but I can't tolerate someone who doesn't at least see that in himself and who doesn't fight against it. Also, a hateful spirit.. such a turn-off. I'm sensitive to energy, so that kind of negativity I literally can't be around for very long.
- Bad manners. Huge turn-off. Say "please" and "thank you." It won't hurt. I swear.
- Physical/emotional abusers. Should be #1 or at least close to the top, but I don't find myself attracting such people nor falling for them (praise Jesus).
