Absolutely NOT! I think the level should be 13 stars and above. Nadiine you've already bent over backwards for those who had issue with this thread to begin with. They have their own thread to swap reps in. I think this one should be for 13 stars and up ONLY. Just my two cents

I still say no to that. You have that other thread for up to 12 stars. That covers 10 -12 stars. This thread here should be for 13 and up. But it's your thread hon. Whatever you want to do. I think you're going to have problems if you over lap them some like that. If each thread is defined and explained as to who can rep there ...there should be no issues or very little if that.

There's no rule change. Nadiine was asking for input on whether to change the rules to where 5 stars and up could swap in this thread. I gave my input and said no. She had already started a new thread for those with up to 12 stars. I had said that this thread should then be for 13 and up stars. There needs to be a difference in the two IMHO. It's just a discussion and NOTHING has been changed so it's business as usual.
