HI Alidar,

K, basically you post that you can trade some reps - you wait for somebody who also wants to trade and you both figure out a fair trade according to your rep power.
You try to get close to equal rep powers - but a couple hundred points either way isn't too big of a deal.

Then you rep each other - either add posts here on the thread, or link a page w/ posts.

Or, what I've had to do if I will have reps free tomorrow is, I try to set up a rep trade in advance & rep them the next day.

It's not as busy in this forum anymore, so trades have gone way down unfortunately, but you never know who mite want to trade if they're online.
