Sure, I'll explain it - I'll do a start to finish of like an actual trade ok?

for Maid -

Ok, let's say a person has 10 stars (1 star = 1 million rep points), and wants to trade some reps.

They would either come in here and announce that they have some reps to trade -or, people subscribed to this thread see someone who says they have reps to trade & they reply to do a trade w/ them:

So let's say the person w/ 10 stars sees a person w/ 5 stars looking for a trade. You basically try to figure out a fair rep amount to trade each other.

A person with 5 stars would offer the person w/ 10 stars 2 of their reps, and the person w/ 10 stars would give them 1 rep, for a 10/10 swap. (2 to 1).

Alot of times tho, people's rep scores aren't really compatible to close enough to yours, so you don't always get an even swap, so alot of us take swaps that amount to a difference of 20,000 points sometimes.

After you agree on a fair rep amount btwn the 2 of you, you swap reps with them -

with that said & explained,

Rep swapping mostly benefits people that have closer to 5 stars. The other rep. rooms give a much better return for your amount of reps that you put out when you have less than 5 stars.
