YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!
Normally, a SAHW is a mom who has more than enough to deal with. Let me add that there are many SAHH who are great and happy taking care of the house and kiddos.
From what I assumed this was applicable to the situation before children.
Sexism is something that is unattractive...you should look into that.
Ok see, we are all clearly just plain mis-understanding one another here. I admit I made some generalization that I can see why you might find it offensive, but I am by no means a sexist.
As far as I can tell, I am the exact opposite of a sexist.
A sexist is someone who believes one gender to be almost strictly superior to the other. Well, usually it is used as meaning someone who discriminates against women. I do not do that, and definitely not knowingly.
Well that isn't me at all. Why would you think I held a sexist view? I'm anything but sexist. I used to spar with women all the time in martial arts class, and sometimes lost...for real.
I don't know what you ladies think I was saying or trying to say in this thread, but If anything, I am completely non-sexist. It seems everything I've said here has been completely and 100% mis-understood.
I'm not a sexist. I was actually trying to convey just the opposite point: there are lots of successful women and a guy shouldn't need to feel pressured to have to necessarily be in a relationship where he is the main provider and etc. Apparrantly, in this case, this is a very poor job on my part, but all we did yesterday was talk over each other's heads and get mad at one another.
In the past, I have even defended women pastors and other female church leaders, showing from the Bible why I believe it is perfectly fine for a woman to be a leader, or even the senior pastor, in a church.
Yes, I do believe you are correct, sir!I think you've found the right girl then.![]()
I have no idea. Seriously. It's confusing. Why are people arguing over what dealbreakers are for certain people? [rolls eyes]

There's nothing wrong with any of that, but you cannot lump a general concept into a very speculative scenario without running into problems. People have the ability to chose how to live their lives; if some women wish to be stay at home housewives, that's a valid alternative to working full time, or even part time. That mode of gainful employment pays off in an entirely different way.Ok see, we are all clearly just plain mis-understanding one another here.
