CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Eww... DBZ is yucky. There's way better anime out there... it just depends on what the series is best at. If we're talking about anime that drags on and on and every 10 episodes is about a character powering up, and then the next 20 are about a battle... then yes, DBZ would be the best at that.

i loved it because of the suspence it left you in both loved it and hated it but the you gotta love the charachters thats what i love other than that i also like yu-gi-oh and shaman king

Good anime movies? Well, there's several topics about them around here. =) As for me, I like anime that isn't on TV. =P It's usually butchered to death when aired in the US.
I usually download new series from Japan (fansubs).

DBZ was the first "anime" that I watched, the Freeza and Cell Sagas in particular have a certain charm to them. Other anime is more complicated and well written, better animated too, but still like the super saijan concept, cheesy though it be

Well I thought that DBZ rocks and still does although they took it off now I'm watcing DB GT and it rocks. I'm with you fallingtorise it is the best. I have some games of DBZ and that's great.

I'm going to say what everybody else said and what every other anime fans in the future will say.
DBZ sucks.
The plot and the events in the story are a complete joke.
But the fights themselves are very entertaining. I personally find watching DBZ similiar to watching a wrestling match. Who cares about the story it's the fights that matter (even though it's very repetitive).
