Proverbs 24:

Strength.

Strength from God is based on, and rooted in, a quiet confidence in the living God. Just as it is written in this verse:

"in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength:" ~Isa 30:15

Through God, even as the world rages around us, and even if the mountains crash into the sea, we can do this:

"Be still, and know that I am God: " ~Ps 46:10

HE is our true peace and therefore, we can be "still", as we are quiet and still, and confidently TRUST in Him, which is how He strengthens and sustains us.

How precious is THAT???!!!

A Safe and Blessed Dwelling.



God "plants" us in a BLESSED and SECURE dwelling that He WATCHES over and PROTECTS and DEFENDS. He will fill our dwelling to overflowing with GOOD things, that are not accompanied by "sorrow", or "worry" or "angst" or a "guilty conscience" that can cause un-rest and torment.

What most permeates our dwelling is His PEACE and His JOY, along with the blessings that pour out of a THANKFUL and a GENEROUS and consequently, a JOYOUS heart.

These blessings alight upon and fill all those who come and go in and out of the household, just like a butterfly, so to speak.

How lovely is THAT???!!!

A Blessed Home.

"Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches." ~Pr 24:3-4

Along with the blessings from God in a home where God reigns, there is healing.

It's a place of safety, and protection, and love, and grace, and thus "healing".

It's a "haven".

Proverbs 24:

When God Builds a House.

"The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it" ~Pr 10:22

When God is the foundation of our dwelling, He adds riches (the spiritual and the "present" kind) and grace to our dwelling, where blessings are flowing, and where sorrow is in none of it. God's blessings and favor are evident, in us, and all who dwell there, and in the household.

God "ponders" our hearts. (See Proverbs 24:12)

This should give us pause.......cuz it matters not what "words" we utter, for God sees what is hidden deep in our hearts beyond those words.
