Well there you are the man who ruled out God says he does not yet know.

No one knows with absolute certainty. You don't 100% know there is a god, and Dawkins doesn't know 100% there is no god. Dawkins has said, on numerous occasions, that a creator deity is "very improbable". He has never said it was 100% impossible.


Besides, even if Dawkins were to fall down on his knees and accept Jesus tomorrow, I would think that Dawkins went bananas. Why? Because unlike religious people, I don't worship entities or pledge to authority figures.

I'm not sure, but I'll take a stab at it ---

It's basically talking about buoyancy:

1. Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters = Archimede's Principle.
2. Who maketh the clouds his chariot = shows that the air has weight and mass - since clouds weigh less than the amount of air supporting them.
3. Who walketh upon the wings of the wind = the science of aerodynamics.
