My ex who broke my heart last year (posts all over the place about our on-again-off-again relationship), came back asking forgiveness and my hand in marriage. I said, "Whoops, too late!!" Oh, well, I know now it was not me who was at fault this time.

I am still courting with my current bf and we are now set to marry sometime this winter.

In this case, he waited for 6 months. I mean, I understand why he was not ready, but he had literally told me "never" so I made myself get over it and move on. It'd been different if he had said, "let's take a break, but we will continue to talk about it."
