As for an update...my friend in Iraq emailed me back very quickly and said he would love to hear back from me. I am hoping for the chance to keep writing him and maybe talk on the phone some. What I do know and remember about him is that we used to talk a lot about missions and books we were reading. He is currently reading a book by the same author I just finished reading a book from. He is also leading a bible study for his guys (he's a second leutenant in the army). I know he could use the support and prayers. I'm excited about getting to know him because I always wanted the chance and he's a great guy. Tells some very funny stories, even though most of what he's doing over there is nothing but funny. Anyway, that's my update.

still dateless. Probably will be for awhile. I guess that is okay though. Now I can be a full fledged platinum card member of the dateless waif club Yah, thing with my friend in Iraq will likely not work. He's busy for one and for two he's been writing to another girl so I've been told who is supposedly really pretty and all. I guess I thought since he passed me up the first time around I could snag him this time. Oh well. At least I have someone to write to, even if he does reply by sending a group email lol.

Been having internet problems stupid machine locks up on me. To get it out of lock I have to reboot. Will try to log in tonight. Maybe it's time to trade in my computer or to shoot the thing.LOL

Status: Still dateless
Reason 1: Am surrounded by summer-daycamp teens, and guy friends have g-friends or are at other daycamp location, plus I'd probably be to shy.
Reason 2: Summer job doesn't start for while.
Solutions: Go crazy. Or, look for 3 rd job. (well, one doesnt start for a while and the other is volunteer, but you get the pic! )

Right now, hanging out with friends and watching movies where romance doesn't work out sounds pretty good! Or, watching romantic Jane Austin films. Or, even better...watching Titanic.

good evening all...... Yep I'm still dateless.......have none in works...altho' The One young lady that I am really interested in....I left one dozen white roses on her car to find on Sunday morning after service with just her name on them......I have no Idea if she knows that I left them or not. (havn't seen her since then, or been able to talk to her).

But other than that I need some prayers from everybody ........I will be giving my Testimony on Sunday night to our church since I was elected to be one of the 10 Men to be voted into 5 open spots in the Deacon rotation this year. I have never given my testimony and I will be spending most of the night tonight and tomorrow writing it.
