This is such a bad argument. Sure there could be billions upon billions of universes both failed and successful but very rare would be the one like ours. So it is not like the billions of just any ticket.

The planet Mars would also be improbable if the constants were different. You are making the assumption that life was the goal.

I am not making any assumptions, I am just presenting what physicists are claiming about our universe.

I do not know what you mean by "apparent" design. As for "design" of the universe, from what you have posted, yes. When you admitted that you lack access to other universes for comparison purposes, you rendered your "design" claim unfalsifiable.

I know the chance of you directly answering a question put to you is near zero, but, tell me, from a scientific point of view, are unfalsifiable claims:
1) significant, or
2) insignificant?

Answer with a 1 or a 2.

From a scientific point of view it is considered to be insignificant if something can not be falsified. The answer is 2.

Because appearance alone, tells you nothing. Just like the doctor that determined the skin growth did not appear to be cancerous, but the lab test revealed it was.

The appearance of design is due to the actual known values of the constants that are required for life.

The lab test is the known data for the values.
