Five Years Ago, Gelernter Gave Up on Darwin | Evolution News and Science Today
David Gelernter is one of a growing number of scientists and thinkers bold enough to look beyond a Darwinian paradigm.evolutionnews.org
I agree these people are Creationists or Intelligent Design followers but they are starting to realize Darwinism isn't all that it is cracked up to be.
Ok, this is really bugging me. “A lot” is two words, not one.Whether this is the same group of scientists, it doesn't say. But if this is how science responds to their skeptics, well, I don't blame people for not believing sciences theories. Such a snobbish group of people at the National Center for Science Education. There seems to be alot of snobbery in the sciences.
Count me into the C club for Maths GCSE. My wife got an A, though. Not even joking on that one. I managed to scrape by with a C grade.

Try being both it’s obesely important.I would rather be a person who knows a certain amount of each scientific topic than one who is obesely absorbed in one scientific topic. One sees better when they have an overall view of any topic.
I got a U in Chemistry A level. I didn’t go to uni that year I can tell youI got an A* (Star to those who don't know UK grades) in my GCSE History. Then I got two U's at A-levels...
I feel the same exact way about creationism.Well, we made it to page 60. Not sorry to say, but nothing any of you said made me believe man evolved from a single cell organism through millions of years. I'll continue to promote that evolution has lots of holes in it to everyone I speak to about it. It has been a pleasure.
How many have you taken where that wasn't the case?
You are not required to "believe" it, and nobody really cares whether you do or not. Nobody really "believes" it, we just accept it provisionally as the best explanation of the development of life since its beginning currently available (whether it has "lots of holes in it" or not). The theory of evolution is no different in that respect than any other viable scientific theory.Well, we made it to page 60. Either you believe what your professor tells you, or you'll fail his course.
How many university classes have you taken where that was the case?
How many have you taken where that wasn't the case?
All of them.
In what university science class did you have that experience? So if I take it and stick to my belief that there are only nine planets in the solar system it won't affect my grade?
Maybe I should put "Genghis Khan" down for my name?
