BTW, with this heat wave, the grid is down to 105V, which is a reduction of 12.5%. That is a major hit, and points to an aging infrastructure not equipped to supply modern demand. Something has to give.

Some use copper roofs -- although too much of a good mineral isn't good either. It would be much easier to simply take a vitamin or add minerals to the garden than to go up and paint a gutter.

An earlier thread had that theme. My wife had TWO dreams like this, earlier this year. The city she dreamed of was LONDON. She said in her dream that she must hurry to visit b/c she would not be able to travel like this again.
Notice how your dream seems fairly literal. If the guard rails are God's protection, see if there are other parts of the dream in that plane of reality. IRL guard rails are civic projects -- the states or towns put up and maintain them. The safety aspect of guardrails would normally be my first inclination. This time I felt the constraint of them, as the cars were tightly packed on the highway. That also led me to conclude that the curve in the road characterized a difficult retreat. But maybe the difficult aspect is correct, and the rails were there to protect rather than limit. I'm not sure.

Be careful that it's a plastic that doesn't decompose quickly -- a (volatile) vinyl will probably leave molecules/minute particles of plastic in the water.
- One of my ideas was to get a small swimming pool and use it to collect roof water for use in the garden or in blackouts/emergencies. I think I'm going to resurrect that project.http://www.christianforums.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=60808145
