Daniel 11:40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: (North Africa, Iran, Syria, etc. The Muslim contingent will come against the Anti-Christ and be wiped out) and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind,( Russia comes against him also ) with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.Daniel 8 is where Daniel saw four sections of the Greek kingdom.
Out of one of those sections he saw the little horn show up.
The clues are to see which section he came from.
If it was the section to the north then that won't work, because
if he was in the north, then heading south would also be the
glorious land and that is a different direction from his land.
He waxes great - from his land - that piece of the former
Greek kingdom
to the south - so Israel can't be there
to the east - so Israel can't be there
and to Israel
So he is not from Israel, nor a land to her west or north.
The little horn's land is east of Israel.
Egypt stands for the Islam countries in North Africa and all Islam Countries. Why do they go to war with the Anti-Christ. Well we see they are fanatical about Allah. So what do you think they are going to do when this man sets up images of himself everywhere, demands to be called God, and forces all to take a Mark and serve him or die ? They will PUSH AT HIM, and they will be crushed. This is all North Africa, Saudi Arabia, Syria etc. etc. The base might very well be Syria/Iraq, but Daniel saw North Africa in the vision, because many will come from that area, even if the base is Iraq/Syria and thus he wrote down Egypt. If you head back to 11:21 you can see this king of north rise to
power and he will soon go to war with the king of the south/Egypt. It is one land that is the south. After a war there will
be a peace table of sorts, and it shows only the king of the north
leaving from that land. Then soon he will war with the ships of
Chittim/hopefully USA/NATO or such. He will lose, but later he
gains many ships. So that war will not be as the former or the
latter.
Take Daniel 12:1 and place it into chapter 11 where whirlwind
soon enters the glorious land.
North Africa would include Egypt.
I do not espouse 'replacement theology'. What I do believe is that God has opened salvation to everyone, descendants of Jacob or not. The Apostles make this clear.I am familiar with your views regarding Israel and the church which you consider to be one and the same today ..... also with the verses that you offer
Replacement theology has been on the block for a long time and it is man made effort to discount Israel position past and future and to appropriate the promises made to the same for themselves .... realized, or unrealized, I see this to be a huge problem for you
It doesn't matter how God reveals things to us, by vision, by words from an Angel etc. etc. The facts are the same. The Anti-Christ still comes from where he comes.Daniel was either reading these prophecies or
being read to in Daniel 11. He did not watch in a
vision battles. At the end he had to close the book.
The book was the Scripture of truth mentioned at the
end of Daniel 10.
I am not a Jew. See my profile on logostelos.infoAre you a messianic Jew of Israel? .... I doubt it, but if you have a different problem by your teaching
You are teaching replacement theology .... that the Lord is finished with Israel as a national entity
He is not .... and the "church" of both a few of Israel and mostly Gentiles of the nations has not replaced a future Israel in the land .... why do you think that Israel's presence is in the Middle East today?
I never said they were the same. But your mistake is thinking there are Two Peoples Two Promises.National Israel and the "church" of Jesus Christ are not one and the same for this reason
Because you must have a 'national Israel' and the Church separate to maintain your belief in a rapture, it is you that misapplies scriptures.Your failure to see this differentiation causes you to misapply many passages of scripture as I read your postings .... Revelation 12 is a big one .... you are not of national Israel "the woman" .... and the prophecy does not apply to you
That comment is a rather nasty insinuation of my hopes and desires. You want to be in the prophecy because you think you will adventure the tribulation period so that you can be purified, but you are not of national Israel in the vision
What the Lord intended is clearly explained by Paul in Ephesians 2:11-18....for He has made the two one, through the Cross....It is the Lord who has intended this truth and the scriptures are replete defining the same
So this is your song then:The devil has you singing his song
