That is so good, I have read somewhere that playing chess helps, also learning to play the piano.
I would love to dance!

Good , I started doing ballet again after not doing it for about 30 years . I was surprised at how fast the legs went flying again . I saw this woman on YouTube who was 77 and doing a ballet class . She went en pointe for the first time . There went my last excuse of I’m too old to be doing this!
