Daniel 2:24-28
New Living Translation (NLT)
Daniel Interprets the Dream
24 Then Daniel went in to see Arioch, whom the king had ordered to execute the wise men of Babylon. Daniel said to him, Dont kill the wise men. Take me to the king, and I will tell him the meaning of his dream.
25 Arioch quickly took Daniel to the king and said, I have found one of the captives from Judah who will tell the king the meaning of his dream!
26 The king said to Daniel (also known as Belteshazzar), Is this true? Can you tell me what my dream was and what it means?
27 Daniel replied, There are no wise men, enchanters, magicians, or fortune-tellers who can reveal the kings secret. 28 But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and he has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in the future. Now I will tell you your dream and the visions you saw as you lay on your bed.

Daniel 2:24-28
King James Version (KJV)
24 Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon: he went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon: bring me in before the king, and I will shew unto the king the interpretation.
25 Then Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in haste, and said thus unto him, I have found a man of the captives of Judah, that will make known unto the king the interpretation.
26 The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof?
27 Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king;
28 But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;
These are my thoughts please share yours.
24 Daniel went to the king's worker who was to kill all the advisors which included Daniel. Daniel told that he would tell the dream this took an act of faith as far as we know Daniel never interpreted a dream before.
25 The king would have been excited to here this. Arioch did not go to kill the wise men as the king asked so for him to rush to the king wa something he would have only done if he believed Daniel could tell and interprete the dream of the king.
26 The king may have doubts after all none of the wise men could tell him the dream so why could Daniel.
27 Daniel informs the king no one can tell him his dream. If Daniel stoped here it would have made the king furious.
28 Thru God we are able to do things no one can, thru God we can come to salvation, thru God we can understand the truth, which is the word, and thru God Daniel could tell this dream to the king.
