Please pray for my dog. First off, we adopted her from shelter. She was in good health and house trained but shy so we assumed she would get used to us. She warmed up to all of us except my husband. She is in terror every time he comes around. She is so afraid she will pee and poop from fear sometimes. She has run away several times while I was at work and I had to leave and go get her and come back to work (which is a half hour away). Last year her heartworm test came back negative so we regularly gave her heartworm preventative pills (Sentinel). She took her annual heartworm test yesterday, and it came back positive. She took another test to confirm the diagnosis, but it has not come back yet. Please pray it is negative. We love her and want her to be in good health. Please also pray her fear of my husband goes away. One year ago, it was in our hearts to give a shelter dog a home but it has kind of been a nightmare since then. Something is not right. Please pray God's will in our household.
