I can't stop self-harming its like soo addictive now. I see a councillor who helps me stop it and helps me with my ploblems i have in life. I have been in hospital twice now. Parents just call me stupid

I know what you mean about SI being addictive. I am finding that at the moment I do it even when I don't have a reason, just out of habit, it drives me crazy. It's really great that you are seeing a counsellor and getting some help.
My mum called my stupid for self harming 3 years ago and at that point I vowed that I would never talk to her about it again because they don't understand and I haven't. Those words were so hurtful to me. I feel for you.

you're going to get thru this. you will conquer this!! so don't let yourself feel defeatable!!!
it's great that you see a counciler about everything!! i'm glad you're talking about it. that was my mistake, i just didn't talk about anything. As much as councilers can help, the true healing comes from Christ. Talk to him about it. tell him what's going on in your life. let him help you.
just take it a day at a time, girl.

Lord and Father surround your child in her need, lift her eyes to the truths you have set before her, wrap your precious promises all around her and fill her with understanding. Father please help us to show her the love that you have given to your chosen so she can see how we are called to love one another in spirit and truth. bearing one another's burden's and speaking in prayers and psalms. Father please bless her counselor to understand and guide her in healling from the hurtful things her has grown up with believing. and through her Lord touch and convict her parents to stop calling her hurtful names and causing feelings that no child should bear. in Jesus name, amen.

Firstly you're not stupid - self injuring is an illness, sometimes you don't even know you're doing it until it's done like a sub-conscious thing. It does become an addictive thing, I was addicted to it to the point where I was doing it every day but now it's alot further apart. I know it's not easy to deal with and it's hard but try to pray that God will take your pain away or that He will at least give you a break from this addiction. I know sometimes selfharm seems like the easiest option, but remember it might feel better for a while but all it does is cause scars - you might have to live with those scars forever.
