CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Unfortunately I watch a lot of trash tv and I think to myself "Why am I watching this"? Its AWFUL. But to me there really aren't any good tv shows on, maybe that's why I like to watch the Andy Griffith show, Golden Girls, and I Love Lucy.

Putting on God's Full Armor
Don't enjoy TV much anymore. Watch some PBS shows like "Call The Midwife" or "Downton Abbey". Some game shows like "Wheel of Fortune" or "Jeopardy" Other than that it is mostly retro stuff from other decades, either on special channels or DVDs.

To me, tv has never been better. They are looking more like movies, and the storytelling is better than its ever been. This is a new age for tv and im excited. With god in your life, you get to stop and look around. Though it gets tough sometimes, you've got to realize, that this is a great time to be alive!

I watch a lot of TV shows. In the summer I watched American Ninja Warrior and Chopped reruns on the Food Network. This fall, I'll be watching Jane the Virgin, Big Bang Theory, The Middle, The Goldbergs, Once Upon a Time, and Life in Pieces. I plan to try the new show This Is Us. Occasionally I also watch game shows like Jeopardy and Family Feud. I liked Galavant, but they didn't renew it for another season.

I like to watch medical shows or shows where ppl are helping others...like Chicago fire, Chicago med, Chicago pd, 9-1-1, new Amsterdam and I think a cpl others. All these shows are recorded on my DVR and I watch them when my kids are in bed for a lil Me me time. We all need Me time.

I don't watch much TV. But I do like marvel kind of story like Agents of SHIELD, The Flash and Arrow. Some medical shows like The Residents. The others would be historical, classic novel adaptation drama. I had recently watched Pride and Prejudice which was adapted from Jane Austen's novel. She was one of the well-known and remembered classic novel writers in the 19th century.
