SoS is correct. Its something i mentioned earlier. the very thing the scripture says not to do both parties do and do so often. SoS, a much needed opinion. You have earned my respect. =)

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

See. That's what's wrong with this picture. You just said you are one of his councilmen and rely on scripture to show him the way but SoS's comments weren't even scripturally sound. Mine were. His statements just sounded that way but he's actually speaking on a very very very very common misconception. Provided the link where I had this discussion in another thread. It would take discernment and a lot more scriptural knowledge to readily see this. I used scripture to back up my statements whereas he was saying the exact opposite and none of it was true. Yet you jumped on his bandwagon and you also feel completely qualified to counsel Flish on what he's doing wrong when in reality you are kinda ill-equipped for the job. SMH. All of this is what concerns me. I will continue to pray for the three of you from afar.
