Shaken Grain​

At my command, all of you will be sifted like grain. Israelites who remain faithful will be scattered among the nations. And the others will be trapped like trash in a sifter. ​

Amos 9:9 ​

Every sifting comes by divine command or permission. The overruling hand of the Master is purifying the grain in the very same process that the enemy intends as a destructive measure.

If you feel like grain on the Lord's floor that has been sifted again and again, take comfort from the fact that the Lord is ultimately in charge of the sieve. He is using it for His glory and for your eternal profit. Observe the complete safety of God's grain.

Every Individual believer is precious in the Lord's sight. The Lord will not lose one of His redeemed people. However little we may be, if we are the Lord's we may rejoice that we are preserved in Christ Jesus.
