Nope, I have done enough research into the paganism of eastern mysticism to know it is far from God. I will stick to Scripture on this.

It is not of God. What surprises me is somebody claiming to believe Genesis straying so far from the Lord on this stuff.

Obviously you don’t. It is spiritually highly dangerous and leads away from Scripture.

If you think eastern mysticism is not pagan, then you are on a dangerous road. Chakras, energy centres, sushumna and cells within God’s body are all eastern mysticism and pagan. I urge you in the strongest possible terms to get back to Scripture on this. Please! I’m saying this out of deep concern for your relationship with the Lord!

But we are not discussing directions from the North Pole, but to the North Pole. The North Pole is north of everywhere else on earth. God planted the Garden of Eden eastward.

Well, if there were to be a river at the North Pole it would be frozen solid - the temperature there is about minus 30 degrees centigrade, so even the salt water of the Arctic Ocean is frozen. Besides, none of the explorers who have been to the North Pole have found any rivers there.

But Psalm 75:6 is about promotion not coming from particular directions, but from God. Here it is with verse 7 as well:

“For exaltation [comes] neither from the east Nor from the west nor from the south. But God [is] the Judge: He puts down one, And exalts another.” (Ps 75:6-7 NKJV)

Nothing there about the position of Eden, which God planted "eastward".

Psalm 48:2 is about Zion, not the North Pole, and not about Eden:

“Beautiful in elevation, The joy of the whole earth, [Is] Mount Zion [on] the sides of the north, The city of the great King.” (Ps 48:2 NKJV)

In that case, you believe that the Lord planted a garden in the EAST, in Eden, Genesis 2:8. Eden was in the EAST. The North Pole isn't - end of argument.
