I think you are very confused. Natural selection is not an intelligent selective process. It operates like a filter, filtering out the mutations that cause the organism to be least suited to its' environment. Beneficial mutations help the organism to survive and reproduce more successfully than its' competitors. Thus the beneficial mutation is more common in the genepool of the next generation. That's all, there's no intelligent selection required.

I have done this experiment many times i get a leaf, a plant, sand, a rock, a bug each can be identified separately. Unification takes place in the mind each are separate. Nature is separate therfore it doesnt select because nature isnt. You want to unify it, i do not.

I'm not saying nature is a single entity. I refer to the process of natural selection as 'it' for convenience. It is not an entity, it is a process, like convection.

I like specifics: Galopagos finches, I think they were all the same species through mutations certain traits were lost each losing survival traits that another variation possessed. Through inbreeding these negative traits became more pronounced. What happens is that some variations after being isolated these variations become extinct. These extinct variations carried genes that were necessary for surviving populations. But through variation extinction a smaller gene pool to breed with causes total extinction to the species.

I believe that nature as an entity or force is still a religious issue. I have no need such a hypothesis. One big difference between a young earth creationist and other beliefs is that i do not have to fill in the blank to those things that are observable.

But this would not explain why some galapagos finches became better adapted to suit their environment. For example in Grant, B. Rosemary and Peter R. Grant, 2003. What Darwin's finches can teach us about the evolutionary origin and regulation of biodiversity. BioScience 53(10): 965-975, it is demonstrated that after a drought where the edible seed supply became very low leaving only seeds that were tough to open, there was an increase in the overall beak size in the entire population. The finches with bigger beaks could eat the tough seeds and therefore selection favours mutations that increase beak size.

I cant end it like that, even the finches with larger beaks incurred a fitness cost. They also are smaller than their ancestors, which more than likely came from Hawaii, the giant finches that still remain there. Travis good discussion.

Video games have a sort of evolution, too. Zelda 1 was the "common ancestor" of all adventure games, and Dragon Warrior split off from this group at a fairly early stage as the "common ancestor" of all RPGs. Over the years these genres have diverged more and more, though, so you'll see more in common between a 16-bit adventure like A Link to the Past and a 16-bit RPG like Chrono Trigger than you will between a current generation adventure like Wind Waker and a current-generation RPG like Final Fantasy 10.

Chrono Trigger was rated the best game of all time by some gaming magazine I skimmed through. I always had the frog, the blond girl, and Magus as a team. Those were good times. SNES. I thought Ocarina of time should win, hands down.

I haven't had a television for two consecutive years because my dad gave it away because I watched too much.
