First Council of Nicea (325) First Council of Constantinople (381)
We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of all things visible and invisible. We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, begotten of the Father [the only-begotten; that is, of the essence of the Father, God of God,] Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father; And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds (æons), Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father;
By whom all things were made [both in heaven and on earth]; by whom all things were made;

To sign up as a Christian on some forums, as I seem to remember I may have done once on this one...people are supposed to agree with this.

Now my question is to Christians and mods who are Christians and mods in training, etc. How can you preach evolution here and claim you are following this little creed?

I pray the Creed every day now.

I don't see why saying God made something precludes accepting or generally accepting as plausible the notion that the forms of living things change over time.
They do change. But the changes started after things were created. Adam never changed before he was created.

I still don't see the conflict. Why does the creation need to be "zebra as zebra -- boom! done."

Why can't God be the maker and things within creation change? I still don't see the problem.

We are actually not supposed to pray repetitiously or mindlessly. Praying a creed is essentially doing that. You are saying a bunch of words over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and ..... over and over and over and over and over again with little to no meaning because you say the same thing all the time exactly (Hoping these reptitious words will please God). Just talk to God normally you would another human being. Share your heart and your concerns with God. Cast your cares upon Him in the interests of doing His will (and not your own).

Creationism wasn't even a thing until the 20th century.
Belief in a real creation always was and will be believed by believers, though. One cannot make Genesis conform to the theory of evolution.

I don't pray it. The point was that those who give their word they agree with it to be, say a mod, must agree with it.

I have to be misunderstanding that, yet you wrote it so clearly.

So I have to ask, are you kidding? That sounds about as factual as your evolution.

I see you know even less about creationism than you do of ToE.

Well, that was informative, then again...I didn't really expect you to back the comment up.
Sigh... Henry Morris... Father of modern creationism. Really wasn't a thing until Mary Baker Eddy > Henry Morris.

YEC is the pseudoscientific religious belief that the earth is 6k y.o.
