The verse from Job 38 indicates that Satan was created before the earth was created (Genesis 1:1), since he was one of the "sons of God" who "shouted for joy." His rebellion began sometime between the creation of the earth and the garden of Eden.

Just curious, in the young earth view,

when was Satan and the angels created?

when did Satan get thrown out of heaven?

We do not know exactly when the angels and Satan were created. Except to say they were created before man was created. Also, Satan gets thrown out of Heaven during the tribulation. He constantly makes trips up there to accuse the brethren in the church age.
