1) God has human authority of law (including the law that says abortions are okay)
2) All sinners must be executed by the state (unless you're SoF, then you get off scott free)
3) Hate is Holy.

I am only advocating Capital Punishment for a sovereign nation.

No, of course not. You just to re-create the CONFEDERATE States of America (which went to war to defend the "right" to hold blacks as chattel) and want to execute a list of people just as long if not longer than that which Hitler and his henchmen had.

Ah, but don't stop there, Shield -- it involved a lot more than capital punishment, but every legislative action the government takes, including the ones you may personally agree with.

So, when Roe v. Wade was ajudicated, God was watching -- and He approved. When the state of Massachusetts allowed Gay marriage, they did so with God's blessing, etc.

Capital Punishment isn't the only thing God allows His governments to do -- He'd be a pretty twisted God if it was.

Agent of the government does it = justice = good

How then is capital punishment any different from, say, abortion?
