I started playing Crash Bandicoot back when I first got my Playstation.

PLAYSTATION:

Crash Bandicoot 2
-I used to play this one quite often. I never got every crystal though.

Crash Team Racing
-If I remember correctly, I totally beat this game, including every hidden level, every relic, and every special thingy. I might not've gotten Platinum on every level though.

GAMECUBE:

Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex
-I liked this game quite a bit, but it really wasn't that different from the Playstation versions. The level designs were a bit strengthened, as were the graphics (obviously). I lent this game to a friend about a year or two ago, and I haven't seen him or the game since.

Hmmm...I'd probably give it a solid 8.

Graphics: The graphics were smooth, but not something to flip out over.
Sound: Expect normal Crash Bandicoot sounds in this piece. Not that that's a bad thing.
Gameplay: The game is quite a bit different from previous Crash Bandicoot's. There are two shooting levels from airplanes, there's a level in which you're placed inside a ball (meaning you must try not to fall off the edges), and there's plenty of vehicles. I liked the game for this little bit, but it's still classic Bandicoot.
Replay Value: Not extremely high, but not extremely low either.

I don't own a Playstation any more, as I sold it to my sister, and I don't think she'll be picking up Crash Bandicoot anytime soon.

How have you fared in the way of Spyro?

One more thing about Wrath of Cortex. If you're looking at the PS2 version, it's slow as anything to load. I dunno how fast load times are on Gamecube, but it literally takes a minute or two to load a simple level on PS2.

I've played a Spyro demo before. I'ts not my favorite, but it's still good. I've thought about getting Jak and Dexter cuz it looks cool. Is it any good? I have PS one. (Not the first one. It's actually the 2nd one, but they call it PS one.) I thought about asking for a PS2 for Christmas, but I don't know.

Jak and Daxter is one of the best platforming games of this current generation of hardware systems. I don't know if you'd want to spend the money to get a PS2 just for that game alone, but if you already had one its a no brainer. Jak and Daxter is bigger and better that any of the Crash games by a wide margin.

It's about these two friends who go around loking for ancient stuff from the Precursors. I'm not going to spoil anything k?? When you get a PS2 try getting some of the new Crash Bandicoot games... And don't get Jak 2 without beating the first one k?? You can also try Kingdom Hearts, DragonBall Z Budokai 1,2 I'm A fanatic/Don't ask,And If you like Spyro get those games and some other ones... Don't worry about the PS1 games they play on PS2's you can also play DVD's on PS2's too CYA L8R PPL:wave:

Thanks for the info, Xaddiline! My younger bro is getting a PS2 for Christmas, so I thought about getting him Jak and Daxter and Kingdom Hearts. Do you know anything about --- well, I don't know exactly what it's called, but it's about a racoon named Sly, and he's a bandit or something. They just recently made a sequel to it. Has anybody heard anything about it? My bro really wants it.

I take it no one knows what game I'm talking about?

I do. It's sly Cooper 2. The original was called Sly Cooper and the Thevious Raccounous or something along those lines. It was well recieved by the critics and the sequel was praised much more. Definitely a fun game.
