Could use some medical advice

Ok, here is the deal. This morning when I woke up everything was fine, got to work, cleared my throat and spit out BLOOD! Freaked out and was going to go straight to the see the doctor but the three people standing next to me said they deal with that every year when allergy season hits. I was able to confirm that it's coming from my sinus.

I have always had bad allergies but never had this happen, right now it's almost gone. Is this as common as I was led to believe today from co-workers, ie has anyone here ever cleared their throat due to congestion of the nose and spit out some blood mixed in with the other stuff? Disgusting I know however I also know SDA's are big in the medical community as some of them patched up my Priest when he was scalped in Africa by Muslims.

If there is any medical people out there give a shout.

Pythons-many long term allergies is caused by a condition called Leaky Gut Syndrome. This is caused by an over growth of the fungus Candida Albacans. The reasons for this overgrowth are many, but the majority of the time its....drum roll.......MEAT AND DAIRY PRODUCTS!! These products leave behind after digestion an acid ash in the colon upsetting the delicate balance of good bacteria (probiotics) vs. the bad guys, candida and e-coli's.

Now when candida gets out of control in the colon--it's tentacles penetrate thru the colon wall, causing microscopic holes in the lining causing the capilaries to pick up raw sewage (yuke) and also allows the candida to escape into blood stream causing an autoimmune response--hense ALLERGIES.

Now having said all that--lol--I think it would be wise to get checked out anyway. Just to rule out any thing serious.

Thanks, I did puck up the briskit and go see my Doctor today, in short order he confirmed that I had serious sinus infection. Geeze, it was a long time since I've had one of those. Not a big fan of dairy products myself.

According to my Dad's cardiologist ( my Dad had a heart attack ) it would be better for ones health to eat a porterhouse steak and lobster tail soaked in butter and follow that up with a couple of cigarettes then it would be to drink a big milkshake! I know because I was sitting next to my Dad when he was informed of this.

That said, the best shape I was ever in was when I went nearly 8 months on the Atkin's diet eating mainly green vege's and meat - of course the only dairy one can have on Atkin's is cheese. My blood pressure and blood work came out as if I was 16 years old again and I dumped nearly 50lbs so fast people thought I was sick. But alas, I like pasta, bread and spuds too much.

Seriously, thanks for sounding off. I was really stressed over that condition with my nose.
