Could Satan be saved if he accepted Christ as his personal savior?

I believe Satan could be saved if he accepted Christ as his personal savior and repented of his sin. I think God loves everything He created and gives every person a chance for redemption. Of course, this would probably never happen but angels were created with freewill also(?)

Aren't there references though that point to angels singing before God?

Angels chant, say loudly,and resound....

Even the angels at Christ's didn't sing ( Luke 2)

In Revelation, all of the redeemed sing songs according to what they have endured. Revelation doesn't tell us that any angels are singing.

No,in the sence Satan will never repent he is too prideful for that, however if, that is if he did and was willing, God would make a way? Would it be by our way aka Jesus, maybe but unlikely for I think Jesus is our saviour, his act was for us not the fallen angels, however like I said, if they were willing God would make a way!

I ask a slightly diffrent question:
Satan is pure evil, is he not? can pure evil be rinse clean, if it was what would be left?

I can't see why angels cannot sing just because they never sufferewd anything. Singing isn't just a privilege for the redeemed. God invented music, singing is music, angels worshiped God in Heaven, and there are biblical references that say Lucifer used to be the angel in charge of music and worship up in Heaven.
Where in the Bible does it say angels don't sing? The very idea! :|

Interesting thought, but I am afraid the answer would be no. None of the angels were born with a sin nature, like we human beings were. They were created perfect! They made their choice. We however, DO have a choice, because we were "born", rather than simply created, & being born with that sin nature, we DO have a choice! I pray that ALL people would make that choice for Jesus before it is too late! God Bless!

In Jesus Name!

Satan and the fallen angels cannot be save because he/they willfully sinned and rebelled against God. Mankind on the other hand sins under the influence of Satan and his followers.
We are influenced by satan but the reason we sin is NOT because of his influence. We sin because we desire to sin. We desire to sin because we are fallen and in our fallen state the desires of the fallen heart are ONLY evil continuously.

When God regenerates us from our fallenness HE works in us the will [desire] and to do [ability] to do for His good pleasure.

As to whether satan could be saved if he repented, this is more of a non issue than whether it's possible because satan would NEVER desire to repent and, therefore, he never will.

It is only by the grace of God that any of us repent. His grace is efficacious in bringing about repentence. Without it [grace] repentence is impossible because it is His grace that gives us the desire to repent and live in obedience. If God does not give the grace, as He doesn't with satan, then satan will never desire to repent.

God bless

Reformationist makes a good point, but aside from that, there comes another.

Jesus died for the sins of all men. Not for all supernatural beings, not for all puppies, or all animals for that matter. And since Jesus did not die for them, they have no means of repentance. It has nothing to do with Sin nature, or Satan's influence on us, it is that we CAN repent, and he CANNOT.

To Brooke, if you don't mind getting on a side topic, where did you see that Satan was called Lucifer, and that he used to be in charge of Music and Worship? (This should make for some interesting debate.) It's good knowledge after you research it all.

Thanx for all of the view points. All are appreciated. But, in the end are not all things reconciled unto God?
I guess that would depend on how you use the word "reconciled."

If you use the primary dictionary definition, which is that "reconcile" means "to restore to friendship or harmony" I would say, unequivocably and most certainly, NO.

If, however, you mean "to cause to submit to," also a correct usage of the word, I would say, unequivocably and most certainly, YES.

God bless

If satan were to repent and become saved, then the Bible would ultimately be a lie, and NONE of it could be trusted, including anything to do with salvation. God knew satan would never repent, otherwise Revelation wouldn't have been written. Satan will be thrown in hell. It doesnt mention anything ever that he will change his mind and accept Christ as savior.
