I spent 6 years working in a restaurant, so I know my way around the kitchen. I can cook a number of dishes. I would cook more, but I hate having to clean up when I'm finished.
I guess my specialty would be cooking the turkey at Thanksgiving in the bbq smoker, I've been preparing it since 2007 and have had no complaints at all. I also enjoy making bbq ribs in the smoker.
