 Sorry, I forgot to get the recipe on here! Oops!

:yum: Chocolate Dreams or No Bake Cookies:

2 cups of sugar
1 cube of margerine
1/4 cup of cocoa -dark
1/2 of a cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
12 of a cup of peanut butter
2 1/2 cups of instant oatmeal

Take the first four ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Then add the last three ingredients and mix them up. Then take a cookie sheet and put wax paper on it. Get a teaspoon and get the amount of the stuff you want and put it on the cookie sheet and shape it round and the way you want it to be and let it cool. (Note: it will be hot; try to get the cookies on the sheet before they cool) Then you have your cookies!

They are soooo good! You have to make them!

What is a cube of margarine?

Here is a recipe for Lemon Puff Cookies that I just love. They come out with a great cakey texture, and some nice zing.

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup shortening

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon lemon extract

zest of two lemons

3 cups all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 pinch salt

Icing

2 cups confectioners' sugar

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Blend the white sugar and shortening until light. Beat in the eggs, milk, vanilla, lemon extract and the lemon zest. Mix until well blended.

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture to the shortening mixture. Mix until combined (the dough will be sticky). Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool then frost with icing.

To Make Icing: Combine the confectioners' sugar, water lemon juice and lemon extract to taste. Beat until smooth and make icing thick enough to spread on cooled cookies.

Makes 4 dozen

I finally, get the recipe on here and I do it wrong! Lol! :D

Ya, I meant 1/2 a cup of peanut butter.

A cube of butter is...well, how do I put it.....it usually comes in a box and it's a rectangle shape of butter, it comes wrapped up in foil inside of the box.... do you know what I'm talking about now?

Chocolate Crinkle-Puffs

These cookies are very light and cakey.

2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 cup of milk
granulated sugar

Mix (do not sift) together first four ingredients in a small bowl. In a larger mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together, then add egg, vanilla, chocolate and milk, blending well. Add dry ingredients a little at a time and mix well. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, or until tops crack. Remove (carefully, they're very soft at first) from baking sheet at once and cool on wire rack.
