CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
Converting VHS to Digital - Need Help Please

Just pick up an All in Wonder Radeon 9700 Pro. You can plug your VCR into it directly. You've just saved yourself several hundred dollars and picked up an incredible graphics chip that will eat your nVIDIA for a snack.

I am definitely NOT an expert in this area, I just bought a Sony DRU-510A internal DVD drive that came with "MyDVD" software for composing DVDs that was pretty simple to use (though I have no illusion that it's the best or anything). I don't think Roxio will do DVDs but I could be wrong. I have an old All in Wonder Radeon 7500 and I've only done a little capturing of old family VHS to MPG and then burning to DVD. I'm not sure this reply helped, except to second drfeelgood's opinion about the All in Wonder product line (I assume the 9700 Pro would eat my 7500 too).
