Um...because you can't handle seeing the word Islam without lashing out in attacks? Read back, my post was attempting to get Michael to see that it was a false religion. You couldn't handle that because it wasn't a hateful enough plea. Have you ever thought about why you can't discuss Islam and it's flaws without resorting to name calling and cartoons? You act as if I'm some sort of cheerleader trying to win converts.

I realize that when I debate Catholicism I sometimes take things more personal that I should and that it is a more sensitive subject to me because I'm a convert from Catholicism. It's just natural because to me the subject is loaded with all my personal experience, my family experience, my painful journey, etc. I think it's fair to say that the same would be true of you, probably even more so since you come from a country and culture that is entirely Muslim. Perhaps this has more to do with it?

No my motto is belief in the Holy Orthodox Church.

How is that my call, when a person freely decided to leave Orthodoxy and become a slave to Islam and Muhammad's tradition? I doubt he was Orthodox in the first place. It is God who is saving, not me.

You need to familiarize yourself with the term "freewill". It has nothing to do with my Christianity.

People who are Orthodox are exposed to the FULLNESS of Faith. If a person decides to leave it, I am not going to be crying about it because that action is a deliberate, conscious one. There is nothing Godly in it. It is of devil. You are still missing the points of the cartoons, they go at the same level of your CAPS, saying Islam is a false religion.

You need to talk to your priest. Orthodoxy does not teach that anyone is outside the reach of Christ or that we should ever give up hope or faith in them and if you believe that then you are not in accordance with Orthodox teaching.

If it makes you feel better. I havnt got my uniform yet since I havnt been to Basic. But Im sure ill be a disgrace to it when I get it.
