I apologise if this has been referred to before but I have searched the site and cannot find any direct reference to the course on Becoming a Contagious Christian.
Our church is about to undertake this course and I have bought the book and the participant's guide on it to see what it's all about.
However I have reservations about the method of teaching/learning but I may be totally wrong. My feeling is that it is opportunistic and lacks genuine compassion and empathy. It seems that one should use others vulnerability to bring them to God's Word. Is this something that should be done? Is any way acceptable in bringing others to God's Grace?
