I do all that now ... it's really the loud prayers. I am a quiet leader but I do know a lot of the staff and others appreciate that. In my role it's actually a positive quality - just not the best at big charismatic prayer meetings. I'm happy to be there to agree but I don't need to be shouting and over the top.
