What do I do when I become depressed for a few days to the point of wanting to take my own life, but then I "snap out of it"? The doctors won't diagnose it as depression because it doesn't last the stereotypical two weeks. I'll be suicidal and severely hopeless for three or so days, and then the next few weeks I'll be alright.
Normally, I'd say it's just "the blues" that everyone gets, but wanting to take my own life?
