Confession

*sighs* I love going to confession, I just don't love the uphill fight to be able to go to confession in this parrish. Last Priest I went to made me feel like I was trying to buy indulgences or whatever. He actually said after confession 'that was okay with you'? before rushing off. I know it's about the sacrament itsself, but I get all nervous if I go to this priest again, and when you are confessing shame about your sins is normal, shame about wanting confession seems... harmful.

I'm trying to get back to the first priest I went to in this parrish, and when I can, I'll be setting up a regular schedule with him to go at least monthly.

I don't know what the norm is, but I would try to go at least once a month.

Thats my bare minimum. I try to go more often, but if I can go at least once a month then I am happy.
