This has changed over the years. When I used to have a food obsession, it was all sorts of foods from pizza, to eggrolls, to hot dogs, to fruit salad, anything and everything.
Once I started working on my self-esteem, the food obsession stopped. But, I still wasn't eating the way my body wanted, although most would consider my diet then pretty healthy (the macronutrient ratios were off and I didn't know it). So, then I had carb cravings like for ice cream, sandwiches, fruit, sweet things, and fattening things like cheesecake, custard, etc.
Now that I typically eat the way my body wants, rarely do I ever have cravings for any particular food. Although, the other day I didn't have enough protein in my diet, so then I had an ice cream drumstick craving. As long as I'm not lazy and eat enough protein/fat at each meal, no cravings whatsoever.
Since I average eating 5x/day, it takes a bit of work to organize eating and making sure I get enough protein/fat at each meal. Although I do like food, frankly, I wish I didn't have to eat.
Have never liked chocolate. I can take it or leave it. That's one thing that I feel God totally naturally blessed me with -- an aversion to chocolate. I cannot see why people like this so much.
