  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm hoping you can offer some advice on is do you think God would mind if I confessed to something I thought was a sin but to god it wasn't actually seen as a sin if I had been misunderstood or hard on myself. Do you think it's just best to cofness anyway if ever in doubt? Like there's no consequences to confessing to something you thought was a sin but god thinks it's not? He wouldn't be mad for you not knowing?

Jesus even scolded His own disciples for their lack of faith and lack of wisdom after being WITH HIM for such a long time. (see in Matthew, Mark, Luke or John).

Be specific with God, talk to Him freely. No one else can grant you Eternal Life - Only Him.

He will answer you perfectly, as only He is able to, when

you seek Him and His Kingdom.
