Lucy was real quiet yesterday and then started singing. Her singing is so pretty. I've been trying to be another bird to her.lol. I chirp and sing to her.

I went to BK this morning for the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was good. I've been forcing myself to cook and clean because I don't feel like doing those things.

A friend of mine visited me last night and we had good conversation.

Went to Physical Therapy today. I got traction, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. The ultrasound and electrical stim. all felt good.
