CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I really feel like it’s anxiety and since the caffeine scare my brain has been messing with me to think something is medically wrong. If it was something serious I’m sure I wouldn’t be able to slow down my pulse and when I sit down and take a few deep breathes my pulse is 82 so I think it’s in my head , but if it gets worse I’ll go to the doctor. Please continue praying for me I’m really worried. Thank u all for responding praying for u all

I don't do natural remedies as such, but I read articles about environmental hazards and also about nutrition.

Ah okay I see. It seems that I’m able to control my heart beat when I sit down and breathe deeply my heart rate is just fine and I was thinking if it were an actual health condition I probably wouldn’t be able to control it. What is your opinion?
