Comprehensive Sex Education Versus Abstinenence Only Sex "Education"

Condoms are very effective at preventing HIV and other STDs. I don't know the actual stats but I do know that they are very effective. Oh and I have very rarely used the term "safe sex". Why? Because its not an accurate term. No sex is completely safe. I also prefer the more accurate term "safer sex".
