"COME OUT IN THE NAME OF JESUS!"
15 years ago I was attending La Palma Christian Center, a Pentecostal church in La Palma, Ca. It was a Tuesday night and Pastor Billy Burke had been visiting us doing 3 weeknight healing services. I saw many miracle healings those 3 nights and there was an exorcism.
Casting out demons is a Gift of The Spirit, not freely given to just anyone. Not many have it, and those who do have it only have to say a simple command to cast out a demon - "C...OME OUT IN THE NAME OF JESUS!" There have been unsaved Catholic priests who have attempted exorcisms in the past, and sometimes the demon(s) will come out and enter the priest. It Has happened. I once cast a demon out of a gypsy phychic. I saw 3 demons cast out of a young man in church, when Pastor Billy Burke commanded them to come out. It was during a special week night healing service. Billy Burke is a healer, out of Tampa, who travels around the country doing healing services. We were in the middle of the service when the young man just happen to walk in. It was early evening and he looked like he had just gotten off work - he had a Pep Boys uniform.. He walked up to the Alter, and Billy looked at him and said "You don't look like you belong here. Do you want to be saved? The young man said yeah. Billy asked him if he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior? He said yes. Billy knew there was something wrong and immediately put his hand on the mans forehead. The young man went down and that was when Billy said "Come out in the Name of Jesus!" He repeated it 3 times and each time the man would let out a scream as a demon would leave from his mouth. After that the young man was very peaceful and serene and joined in the service. He later joined the church.
