Wah, my throat hurts. We had to take so much out of storage yesterday for my Aunt and Uncle who have a lot of physical problems. My throat hurts and my nose hasn't stopped running since. lol. It's always nice though when you know you are helping someone who needs it.

Thank you, I haven't seen you in this thread before. Nice to meet you! I'm not usually in a downer mood, lately though I have been. Thats why I'm getting my medicine changed.

Oh, I pop in and out but I am always available to someone in need. listen we all get down sometime,...the best thing is you are not alone. I am usually in fab, forties, threads.......I have a daughter your age, and I pray that you have a nice mom or some one in the lord you can relate to.....to help you with the rough times. may God bless you and keep you.

Try not to let your psychiatrist intimidate you, scary as I know psychiatrists can seem. Only God is in true authority. Hope it goes well.

Guys, I could appreciate prayer if it's ok to ask. I keep bursting into tears and I have to set out to work in a little while. I'm being bullied at work at the moment and I told a friend at church about it yesterday and before I had even got a sentence out of my mouth she brushed it off as though it wasn't really happening and told me I should focus on the fact that there is an end in site. It just really hurt me and I'm still angry about it. It's left me confused. Is it wrong to seek solace and comfort by talking about what is happening to us? should I not talk about the bad things that are happening in my life? I feel so mixed up. I don't know why it has hurt me so badly but I just can't stop crying
