What I want is a guy who can write his own lyrics (through God's inspiration of course) and I'll write up a chorus based on that and we'll work together on the bridge. Of course, a lot of back and forth to this process.
When I say Christian, I mean Christian. Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died on the cross for all our sins and rose out from among the dead on the third day and later ascended into Heaven so that we may repent, submit ourselves to Him and receive everlasting life by grace, through faith.
I don't do this for money, I give the music that God has given me to others for no charge. You will not be paid monetarily ever, unless God tells me to for whatever reason (I am not omniscient, only God knows). You would not be able to sell this music for money either (or you'd face the law).
