Hey Im proud of you!! I want you to know I was addicted to a lot of pain killers and various other drugs for 3 years, I know it's not as long as you, but anyways.. The hardest part is the withdrawal! Once you get over that BUMP, it is a lot easier! You are going to do great, the withdrawal was so hard for me because of other drugs I did, but once it went away it never came back.

Don't worry hun just hang in there and everything will be ok l promise. I know its hard l know what you mean there l tried crystal meth a few times l was addicted l changed my personalty l still think about it. I want to do it but l was hospitalized for doing it so l'm not going to do it anymore. Plus l don't feel like l'm the same person feels like the personalty l used to be like is a act now feels like l can't be myself anymore. I will pray for you l hope everything good happends your way. You will feel like this for a while don't worry things will look up soon.

Great to hear that a fellow addict has found recovery! I hope you're doing well still and will keep you in my prayers. I know how you feel, I'm a recovering addict as well. I used to shoot heroin everyday 5-10 times a day or so, more and more towards the end. I spent 5 years of my life destroying it. I was terribly addicted to cocaine and heroin and fell in love with the IV method. I know exactly how you feel. You can do it! I believe in you! I'm coming up on 5 months now and used to have 17 months at one point and fell off and got back on after almost a year spent shooting up and I struggled through the withdrawals and everything to get and KEEP my 30 day tag after having relapsed so many times and being unable to get more than 40 days for so long, I finally did it!

I know of so many people who are living miracles, I know I'm one. God saved me and his gift to the addicts, Narcotics Anonymous saved me. God didn't want me to die out there, even though I've ODed multiple times and should've died more times than I can count. God had a better plan for us than to die trapped in the grips of the disease. I'm a living miracle and so are you. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! God Bless you! I believe in you and remember, in recovery, we will love you until you can love yourself.
