Cloth diapers?

Are there any parents out there who'd be willing to part with their no longer needed cloth diapers and covers for really cheap? I want to start stocking up on cloth diapers and covers now so we'll be all ready. I've been looking on ebay and the deals aren't that great, not to mention it is a bit of a hassle.

We had a heck of a time comin up wit covers an they jes wanted an arm an a leg fur em to, reckon they musta been gold plated.... but we did find some really cheap cloth diapers at ... gosh... where was it.... JCPennies! Yeah they waas stuck off so's no one could really see em er anythin, we took all the ones they had. You might hunt around a bit at one see whatchya could come up wit, we asked a few folks an they didn't have a clue what we was talkin bout, go figure.

No problem. I have a good lead off of here and it would probably be better in the long run than trying to drive myself nuts making them!

I've never used them but Motherease One Size seems to have high reviews and they're not too expensive as cloth diapers go. Also you can reuse them until your child is potty trained. You can double them with liners or prefolds to make them as absorbant as you want, then you cover them with a diaper cover. Little extra work but not too much.

Fuzzi Bunz have excellent reviews as well. They are a lot to fork out initially(usually around 14 bucks a pop for new) BUT look on ebay and see how much they resell for used. Usually you get back $10-12 per, even after 2-3 years of use. They are that popular.

For least expensive, I'd go with flats (square, usually one-layer, that you fold in a variety of ways) and prefolds. They last forever (think multiple children), clean well, and are readily attainable for a reasonable price. I have a few different sites with folding ideas for flats if you'd want. I also have some different places where you can get good deals on flats and prefolds. Let me know if you'd like more info.

I've done tons of research on diapers and I know what is best and what isn't really. I know what is cost effective and what isn't really. What I need to know is if anyone has some cheap.

motherease.com has a message board. sometimes you can get a really good deal on used diapers from someone on the board. You should go check it out. And you can even post yourself what your looking for in what price range. it cant hurt.
