For the people that receive a miracle there is no question in their mind. Is the miracle for them or for you? Do you think that God owes us evidence or proof? Not really, and cosmic evolution and other terms that have evolution in them are just a quirk of language; it doesn't imply a relationship between them, it just indicates some kind of change over time, not a shared mechanism. For example, all theories that apply to cosmic evolution could be wrong, while every theory that applies to biological evolution could be correct. Abiogenesis is a mark for when chemical evolution as it applies to life ends, and biological evolution begins. Hence why it is so common a mistake to include it when mentioning biological evolution, but it still refers to chemical evolution, and therefore whether or not it is correct has no bearing on whether or not biological evolution (what most people are referring to when they say "the theory of evolution") is valid.
