ok ive seen some debate threads in here and i thought that people should take a break so i thought of this: how was church was Sabbath? and what was the preacher talking about?
ill post my answer in a minute

for me i liked the service and i think i may of found my church i went there 2 times before and ,then, i found it dull but last Sabbath i liked it after service there was a lunch and i was talking to a , very freindly , elder and i found out that the precher has another church so sometimes he will have the deacons (or elders i forgot what he said) to help him out everyone i talked to was freindly and i was able to learn about the church and so this Saturday im going again and im going to the Bible study before the service. and the preacher taught about the fruits of the spirit

I liked it this Sabbath. I can't comment on how the Sermon went, as I gave it

It was on Luke 4, Jesus returning to Nazareth, and declaring Himself to be the fulfillment of the Jubilee year and the future kingdom referenced by Isaiah.

The practical aspect was looking at how the people of Nazareth responded to Jesus' message and how we let our biases and such keep us from accepting the truth when we are under conviction.

It was okay. I arrived late so missed most of the sermon. There was an intense praying session following the sermon, however, which was a blessing to many present. That was such a refreshing change from the norm, one that I believe was prompted by the Holy Spirit.

I've missed church the past two weeks because our kids and I have been sick. I didn't even get to hear my husband's sermons. The kids were very upset that they missed Sabbath School, also. They look forward to Sabbath so much. They count down the days all week until Sabbath School.
